Part of the Mountain Hardwear crew spent Martin Luther King Jr. weekend in Ouray, Colorado at the Ouray Ice Fest. If you ever get the chance to go to the Ice Fest, you should. It's a blast.
A few of us stayed to climb on Monday after the event. As sponsors, we don't really get to climb much during the event, too much else going on. We heard that Bird Brain Boulevard had more ice on it than usual and decided the time is now. There were four of us on two ropes into the wee hours of the nights.
