Paddling from Seattle to San Diego
One woman’s attempt to protect and conserve our oceans and coasts for future generations by calling out to communities all along America’s coastlines. On July 3rd, Margo Pellegrino took the first paddle stroke from Seattle to San Diego via outrigger canoe along the Pacific Coast.
This coastal paddling journey is Margo's way to call attention to the need for healthy oceans. An effective public education campaign is critical for advancing strong ocean policy. There is a need to ensure that healthy oceans policy is buoyed from what legislators hear from their constituents. As a project of the Blue Frontier Campaign, Margo is planning to accomplish is speaking out for the oceans.

Kenton Cool's Manaslu Ski Expedition
Kenton Cool departs the UK on Tuesday 24th August on his latest expedition to ski down the world’s 8th highest mountain, Mount Manaslu (8,163m) in Nepal. Kenton will be leading a small team out to this remote mountain in Western Nepal with the aim of not only putting five team members on the summit but then to ski back down.
A successful ski descent will firmly put Kenton back into the record books once again as the only Briton ever to ski two 8,000m peaks. The Expedition hope to summit the mountain in late September with a return date to the UK in early October.
